The Windsor School

2021 Summer School

Our 2021 Summer School Program will mark the 40th year Windsor School runs an accredited six-week summer school offering Regents courses for credit advancing, enriching to fill in possible learning gaps created as a result of remote instruction this past school year, or previewing a course in preparation for the new school year. What makes our program unique is that students have the opportunity to take one or two full year Regents courses for credit, with approval from their current school’s guidance department. Our highly experienced and qualified N.Y. State certified teachers engage students throughout the six weeks, helping them to master course content. This year, to accommodate the number of students looking to take advantage of our summer program, classes will be remote using live synchronous instruction. Full year courses require 90 hours of live instruction and semester-based courses 45 hours. Classes meet Monday to Friday from July 1 to August 11.

There has never been a more important time to use the summer for academic enrichment. The benefit of Windsor’s summer classes is students can take classes in the morning and have the rest of the day for other activities such as sports, volunteering or time spent with family and friends. Students who take Windsor summer classes start the new school year with the distinct advantage of being well prepared for the more challenging classes that lie ahead.

Register early to guarantee a seat in the course(s) of your choice.
