We require the following in order to issue the Form I-20 for an F-1 Visa Application:

▪ The completed Application Form and one photograph.
▪ A copy of the student’s official school transcript with an English translation.
▪ A certified copy of a bank statement verifying financial support for one school year.
▪ Tuition for one school year (two semesters) based on the listed schedule.

In the event the student visa is denied and the student is not allowed to enter the United States to study, a full refund , less $300.00 for each I20 form issued, will be made upon presentation of the official denial and return of the original I-20 forms. Under any other circumstances, tuition and fees are nonrefundable.
